Sgt Renaldo Davis

Renaldo Davis, 69, passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at his home in Oakdale, LA. He was born on May 13, 1947 in Pineville, LA to Mary Lee Brown and Homer Davis.
Renaldo grew up in Oakdale, LA. He graduated from Allen High School in Oakdale, LA Mr. Davis later entered in the National Guard Army Reserve where he served his country for many years. He was employed as a Casino Host with Coushatta Casino Resort in Kinder, LA for 21 years
Renaldo was a member of Rising Star Baptist Church.
Renaldo was preceded in death by his parents Mary L. Brown and Homer Davis.
Renaldo leave to cherish his memories, his daughters, Sharon Bonner (FL), Jalissa Davis (CA); his son, Terrance Davis (Oakdale, LA); his sisters, Zona Gale (Richland, WA), Angela Green (VA), Amy Hawkins and Betty Holmes (Oakdale, LA); his brothers, Daniel Gus Carter (Richland, WA), Ken Martin (CA), Ronnie Davis, Lonnie Davis, Terry Davis, Anthony Davis, and Reginald Davis (all of Oakdale), a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren, the rest of his family and friends that knew and loved him.
The visitation service will be held on Friday, January 13, 2017, Rising Star Baptist Church - 624 Mill Street - Oakdale, LA; 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, service on Saturday, January 14, 2017, Rising Star Baptist Church at 11:00 am; officiated by Pastor Jesse Granvle Sr. Military burial honors at Liberty Hill Cemetery on Butter Cemetery Road, Forest Hill, LA.
